OK, as if finally being done with 2 years of wedding planning should make me want to jump into something else already , I have decided to throw a sweet 16 for my baby sister! SOOOOO.... my question is, any ideas for a star themed party?!! My good friend (with her own wedding planing to do, so THANK YOU!! ) has so nicely volunteered to be her very own party planner, so she will give some good ideas I know, but in particular, my sis would like to see if we can find floating star candles... any ideas on those? She plans on silver, white & black for colors. Any other star themed suggestions would be appreciated, since it seems that my theme planning sense seems to have been voided out of my brain sometime since July!!:

Make her silver star shaped hot glue seals for the invites. Get pretty silver star candles for favors. Have the invites with silver ink. Get her diamond star earrings as a gift. Of course her cake can have stars on it or be in the shape of a star. You can do sparklers in the centerpieces Get solid table cloths and put star confetti around the centerpieces

Thanks! Star candles are deinately something she wants, 1st to put in floating bowls on each side of the star ballon center pieces she wants, the stars on the cake is cool (my mom does that!!) !!!

Are we sure about this one???? I got so confused in Michael's yesterday . . .I started looking for snowflakes blank cards are on sale 4.99 for 50!!!! or better yet free because I over bought!! We can rubber stamp they had some really nice ones. and gliter glue. ...and die cuts too , , Can we stuff her envelopes with star confetti. .. oh Queen of Confetti? HA
