I think it is ur wedding and you can do whatever you want. The butterfly idea will be a beautiful way to incorporate your mother's memory into your special day. I have seen some beautiful things with the butterfly idea. BTW if you could FM me your invitation lady that is affordable and does pocketfolds I would be forever in debt! :)

If you are having a butterfly theme then you should def go with the butterfly invites. You know they also have the butterfly release for the end of your ceremony.

1) I think 'These Words' is a very cute song to end the night with. I wouldn't go with something traditional, it will make your night unique.
2) I think you should go with the butterfly invitations. I think it would be like your mother is part of the wedding by having a symbol represent her. I had a similar situation. My grandfather died 6 years ago, I was very close with him. He had an operation when he had emphesema, and his brother hired a car to bring my grandmother, my mother, and her brother into Mt. Sinai hospital every weekend. So when it came time to picking limos, my grandfather's brother gave me this guy's number, said he's used him for years. As soon as he found out who my grandfather was he said, 'I haven't touched a cigarette since because of your grandfather.' I immediately knew there was no other limo company for us.
I think all of these things are going to embody you and Rob, and it doesn't necessarily have to be 'classy' or 'traditional.' It's what makes you and Rob unique as a couple.

Reading that about the butterflies and your mom made the hair stand up on my neck![]()
I think you should do what you really want. I would say the butterfly invite only b/c it may be something no one else knows about except for a few and its a nice way of showing that she is with you
