So for the HM - a wonderful man at my job is letting us use his brand new condo in Turks and Caicos for free.
I would like to send a thank you note and gift.
Just not sure what to do - gift certificate at a nice NYC restaurant or something keepsake?

I would get him a gift certificate - And while you are there, pick up a housewarming-ish souvenier (an eclectic vase or something) and leave a nice note for him for the next time he goes there - It will be a nice surprise! We did that for my in-laws to be!

I say go for the gift certificate, unless he has a hobby or is a sports fan.
