I planned on singing/recording a song (or two) for FH to be playing during our wedding reception. I had a contact a while back but lost it. He was someone who worked in software such as ProTools. Nothing fancy. I supply the instrumental and I sing very well plus not looking to win a grammy!
I had a vendor from this site however didn't realize he wanted $100/hr and was counting on a few hours. My former contact was around $75!!!

My FH has a home recording studio in Albertson. Not sure what he would charge for something like that, but you might want to contact him.

Hey! Worse case scenario you can always sing live at your wedding with the DJ or Band. If you have any friends who are musically inclined you can always ask him/her to accompany you - definatley a show stopper for the same effect and way less expensive. You could also try searching and or posting via craigslist. Another great option is to post a flyer request in a media arts school such as Five Towns College and offer an hourly rate; you may be able to find a student to provide the service for you at a fraction of the cost. Also try searching some studios in Nyc. I hope this helps. =) Best of luck.
