So today we have our final appointment with the DJ! We originally loved the song 'My best friend by Tim McGraw however I am dancing to my dad to a Tim Mcgraw song. Not like it makes a difference but I don't want it to overkill. Also, we both like the Keith Urban song 'Making Memories of Us' We loved the words of Tim Mcgraw but the melody is not as slow and romantic as Keith Urban's. Any suggestions.
Our first dance song started with My Wish by Rascal Flats...it's a beautiful song..both melody & words..DH picked it.

In regards to overkill...
Our 1st dance song is Thank you for Loving Me by Bon Jovi and our spotlight dance is Seat Next to You also by Bon Jovi. We don't care. And most people won't even know the 2nd one since it's from his newest album
our first song is, you got a way by shania twain.....and our second song (which i wanted to be first, but FH thought it wouldn't be in good taste)is you spin me right round. love that song, its the song that was playing when we met.
I don't think it would be overkill ... only if it were the sme song. If there is a noticeable difference it shouldn't be a problem. My first dance is also Tim Mcgraw...'its your love' .. and one of my slow dance songs later will be 'i need you' by tim mcgraw
