My friend is getting married next year and is looking for a florist-I used a woman who worked out of her home and is no longer doing it. She doesn't want anything extravegent just a few displays and simple bo-k's. Any rec's? Thanks BTW-we are in Farmingville and would like something local.

Simply Stems. They work from home and are in the Huntington area. They are a vendor here, I believe. They do beautiful work and are very reasonable.

I'm using Mike from Flower Barn in Seaford...so far he's been great and I thought his prices were low. I don't have his info here at work but FM me if you want it and I'll get it when I'm home.

Try Sugar Magnolia's. The owner, Heidi was a pleasure to meet with (We are using a family friend who owns a flower business in Florida) but if we were getting a local florist it would be either Flower Michelle or Sugar Magnolia

I'm using Copaigue Florist. THe owner's name is Louise. She's absolutely wonderful, knows what she's doing, great prices and is very helpful! I would definately recommend her! Our company uses them for everything and about five other people that I work with used her for their wedding too. Give her a call and tell her that I sent you!!! Maybe she'll work something out for both of us! He he!

I agree with this!
I just met with Trina on Monday, and LOVED her and her ideas! I don't have my exact quote yet, but what she estimated it would be was very reasonable.
She was so helpful, and willing to let me see what my ideas are actually going to look like, so I won't be paranoid that they won't look fabulous on my big day!
