Check out Tripadvisor.com They have hotels rankings by actual tourists who've visited there.
I've been searching for a resort myself--and use that site and cheapcaribbean.com to search!

I've stayed at the Paradisus and Secrets Excellence. Soth awesome, Secrets is adults only which makes it nice for the honeymoon.

My aunt just stayed there (Paradisus) and can not stop talking about it!!! the pictures were gorgeous... for a few hundred dollars more, they upgraded to butler service and were treated like royalty.
We would definitely go for our honeymoon if it weren't hurricane season!!!
