Hey everyone! Im starting my bridal gown shopping a little early just to get a feel for what to expect. Does anyone have suggestions for places I should attend? also any recommendations as to which stores to steer clear from? I would totally appreciate it. Also, If anyone can recommend a great place to get invitations that would help too. I don't really know where to look.

it depends where u live and how far u wanna travel...the best place ive been dress shopping is village bridal in babylon village

Like the PP said it depends on where you live and what is convenient for you. But my suggestion is Angel Bridals in East Islip. They are vendors on here. From the minute you walk in the store you feel like Rose and Victoria's long lost BFF's!!! I wish I would have gotten my dress from them but I am so blessed that they could do my alterations. As for invitations, I got mine from Above and Beyond. Ryan can customize anything or she works with her vendors to make you the perfect invite.

I got mine at the Wedding Salon of Manhasset.... they were sooo helpful there!

I really loved Bridal Reflections. They were really attentive and very accomendating. As for invites, I think I might use the place a friend used, however, I am still shopping around...

I am gonna go to Fantasia in Rocy Point and perhaps Paradise Bridal in Patchogue if I don't have any luck there. I am hoping to get everything taken care of at the one place...

The one thing I have noticed about bridal salons are there are just sooooo many mixed reviews about every single place out there. I got my dress at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place, so far I have had a great experience.

09er crashing....
i got mine at davids in westbury...dont count out davids, some of their dresses are really nice (mine is from the oleg cassini collection and was in bride's magazine this month!)
