Need suggestions for signature drink

We are having a signature drink at our engagement party. FH's parents are throwing it and wouldn't pay for beer/wine. I was able to make a deal with the hall to discount one drink if they knew a lot of people would order it.

Our theme is tropical paradise, so we want something fruity and perhaps with rum. Any suggestions?

I LOVE strawberry daiquiris!! that has rum, is fruity, tastes really good, and if made well not too strong!! Did I mention I LOVE them?!

Strawberry daiqueri's or Pina coladas - or my personal favorite is when you mix the two together - it looks really pretty too!! And you can name it whatever you like!!

Can these be frozen? I was considering them for my wedding as my signature drink but I was told my drink has to be frozen so they can prepare them in 'batches'. Think they would taste ok that way?

As for tropical drinks I vote for rum runner....i went to bermuda and got smashed on them!!!!!

How about something with Malibu Rum? (Can you tell I LOVE Malibu rum?! LOL!)

If not, how about Margaritas? Can you have several flavors?

Or how about a kind of punch? What about sangria with chopped up fruit?

I'd better stop. I'm craving a drink right now!
