invitations: I ordered through rsvp etc. (online). We bought encore studio invitations.
shoes: Hazel's House of Shoes on Bell Blvd. in Bayside.
tux: VIP's on Bell Blvd. in Bayside
gifts: I bought them gold ball earings and gave them a manicure/pedicure gc.
veil: I bought with my dress from kleinfelds
bag: saks

Invitations- see below- Lizard Designs - awesome - www.lizarddesign.com - I can't rave enough about Liz - placed my order with confidence over the internet - she's amazing and very talented. If you are looking for unique invites, check her out.
Tuxedos - S&S Tuxedos - Hicksville
Shoes- 2 pairs- 1 Steve Maddens from Nordstom for dancing, the others from Bridal Shoe Boutique in Wesbury -very nice and affordable. I know they do dying for brides and bridal party also.
Veil, Tiara - Betty Wales in Oceanside - a vendor on this board - very affordable and a great selection
I'm buying bracelets that have blue topaz gemstones in them for my bridesmaids. They are on QVC.com
I think my FH is buying his GM nice pilsner beer mugs. Those he is getting from Things Remembered. They are online at www.thingsremembered.com or at their store - the only one I know is in a shopping mall out east on LI. I can't even remember which one. I think it's near St. James?
invitations- Johanna's Wedding tuxedo place- Bonaventure in Garden City (fantastic service) gifts for bridal party- BM tiffany, GM poker/card set from Pearl's Paint...and a bottle of scotch from Woodbury Liquor (next to Costco)
shoes- me...DSW...I let the BMs pick out their own...just told them beige-taupe...even though they were all different it looked great...and they have shoes they can wear over and over again... accessories- ebay...bridal shops
thats just a few to maybe give you some ideas. i havent really purchased anything your looking for yet except my headpiece and i got that from the same place i got my dress. good luck!

Invites - Have You Heard on Merrick Road in Bellmore - Amazing customer service!!
Tux - Bonnaventure on Franklin Avenue in Garden City. Nice selection! We had no problems.
Bride Shoes - Bridal Boutique on Old Country Road in Westbury. They also have dyable shoes for the bridal party. The woman was very helpful and patient when I was trying shoes on - lots of shoes
