Need to buy handheld fans for outdoor ceremony

Where is the best place to buy inexpensive fans for the guests. Also, if I invited 176 people and 150 show, how many fans should I order. I doubt many of the men are going to be fanning themselves.

TIA!

Oriental Trading has them. I would get about 75-100.
