I need to buy the shoes for my wedding since my fittings will start early March. I have no idea what to get...my wedding is July 4th. I originally wanted to get sandals, but will my toes stick out under my ballroom gown and will I look barefoot? What is everyone else doing for shoes?

I got my Kenneth cole wedding shoes at MJM in east meadow for $16.99. They had 3 different styles a maryjane type( the one i got) with embroider flowers and a pearl in the center of each one ( i love this shoe), i think just a regular pump type with a narrower toe box and another one that was like a shoe pump(?) and had flowers at the tongue part.

I'm wearing a ballgown with open toe strappy sandals. It never occurred to me that I would look barefoot. Oh, well. I love my shoes. They are so comfy!
Yes I've had my dress for months already. I guess that is why I'm thinking about shoes. I need to have my fittings done early since I live in California and my mom is coming to visit in Mid May and will bring my dress to NY for me and get it pressed and cleaned for the 7/4 wedding.
Ken Coles old collection is discontinued, but they're super comfy, about a month ago I got a pair through Nordstroms... If you can wait a little maybe they'll have spring selection soon... They're the best fitting shoes.
I bought mine from Hazel's House of Shoes on Bell Blvd. in Bayside. They have a good selection.
