Need to find rhinestone embellishment for my gown

I am going to have a strapless sweetheart neckline. I want to embellish it with something similar to the photo I have posted (although, in clear rhinestones).

In the photo, the rhinestones are in metal holders, and all attached to a 'leaf' design fabric, and that fabric is attached to the dress. Its a 1 piece rhinestone embellishment.

I tried finding this, but cannot find anything close. I search for trim, appliques, embellishment, and nothing comes up. I need some help pointing me in the right direction.

Is this for your wedding gown?
It looks like a nice idea. I would strongly suggest having the alterations people do it from the store you are purchasing your gown. I am adding a few little touches and they are doing it. Although I am pretty 'crafty' I would NOT take a chance DIY-ing my wedding gown. They should be able to duplicate this exactly if you bring the picture there.

The reason you probable won't find some premade embellishment like this is because most likely each bead is sewn on.

No no,...i would never think of doing this myself. I am making a custom gown and liked this idea. I have a feeling i will have to settle for a similar design. I just reallllllly liked the jewels used in this piece, they are not like anything I have seen around. I thought I would be able to find this since it was 1 piece. All the rhinestones are attached to each other via metal holders, so i know they werent sewn on individually.

I will definitely show it to the custom dress designer, I just wanted to save some money and find it elsewhere.

OHHHHH!! lol.. well if its once piece it might be on a sheer fabric and was then cut to fit perfectly.. See what the dress maker says, I am sure they have alot of resources.. its really pretty though!
