I just joined planet fitness and went to the gym for the first time in two years. My gown fits, but so tight that it sorta hurts to breathe

Planet Fitness has two packages, one is $10 a month and the other is $20. I have the $20 b/c u can bring someone with you for free, the drinks are half price, u get to tan, they have trainers, and the massage chairs are awesome! You get a free tee too! I just got mine and I didn't have to pay any money :)

Hey I'm starting a diet tomorrow called the accu pressurebead diet. I've seen it produce unbelievable results which is the only reason I'm doing it bc I've never done a diet before.up to 30lbs in a month but very strict only vegetables and milk but the beads they place on pressure points make you never hungry. My friend who is doing it says its effortless she is never hungry and never wants to cheat. They say you get notable results in the first week so I'll let you know how I do. Its a short term diet and they give free transition support afterward. If you want more info fm me.

That sounds sooo amazing!! I've tried Shakeology before and only lost a few pounds that didn't really stay off and every other diet out there!. I need to lose at least 30lbs before I go look at wedding dresses in February!

I think we're all in the spot of needing to lose a few pounds....why is it so hard to lose weight?

don't beat yourself over it. i'm very similar to you in that i was a much smaller size but then life and FH happened and i've gained. i started WW in Feb and it's been great to help me portion control my eating.

bridal sizing is definitely small, it's not really true to size so if you are a size 6 that would translate into a bridal size 10. plus, if you have any sort of chest it will throw off your sizing.

I just did the 17 day diet and its basically 2 fruits and 2 greek yogarts before 2pm and then unlimited chicken, turkey and some fist, veggies and eggs.

I lost about 10 lbs in 17 days and some others have lost more. I cheated and had some carbs at night but its not that bad to tolerate.
