Need to narrow my choices....reception halls.

Okay, after making a list of about 30 places to visit I realize I need some help to make the list more managable. We are open to Queens, Nassau, or Suffolk. We are looking at about 100 guests possibly 125. Would like to keep the minimum to 90-100 people. So venues that will accept smaller parties is a must. Totally open to Friday nights and Sunday nights. We would like to keep the price around $80pp or preferably less. We are open to off season times of year as well. I would also appreciate if you can tell me which ones to cross off my list based on these needs if you know they will not work for us. Thank you sooooo much!

My Senior Prom was at Crest Hollow (about 8 years ago). I didn't rly care for the food and our Prom was like the 2nd week in June and the pool outside was kind of green looking still. I'd just check those things out b4 you book anything with them!!

I went to a wedding at the Fox Hollow and it's actually a big contender on my list. They have a new wing which is totally private (private: bathrooms, entrance for guests, bridal suites parking lot, cocktail hour and obviously private hall). I really liked that since it is a multiple event venue...the more secluded the better. Also the pricing is great. The hotel next door is also fabulous and really pristine!
