Need to vent

a few months ago one of my BMs called and said that the salon hadn't cashed her check yet for her dress. so i looked into it. they said they lost it. so my girlfriend wrote out another check. THEY CASHED BOTH!!! WHAT THE HECK IS THAT ABOUT!!! 2 months ago they loose her check, now they miracously (spelling) find the first one and instead of mailing her check back to her, they cash it. What kind of business are they running here.

NOT HAPPY

thanks ladies, i needed that. i'm going there today to see what the deal is and they better either give her one check back or have as to she paid them off and give my friend the balance back.

Eeew!! That is such an incredibly bad thing to do!! What scheme are they trying to pull??? Hope you don't have any more issues with getting her $$ back, good luck!!!

It could have been an honest mistake that can be easily corrected. All she has to do is contact the salon and explained they over charged her. show them the two checks and they should refund her and pay any dues her bank may have charge. Its simple good business. Thats all.
