Sometimes I just feel there is the this major black cloud over this wedding.
I'm getting married in THREE days. Went for my last hair color appointment. I'm naturally a brunette, but have been blonde for the last 14 years. Same colorist for the last four years. I got home last night and looked in the mirror - RED.
I have nothing against red hair, but three days before my wedding is not the time to try it out!!!
I'm going to call him as soon as the shop opens, but I don't know when I'll have the time to sit for 2 hours while he corrects this!!!
An extra challenge is that I pay him under the table so I can't have anyone else in the shop fix this.

So sorry, that's really difficult. You should maybe go to someone else for the correction. Go to a really amazing salon and have them give you the best color corrector there is-esp. since some color correctors can leave your hair in bad shape and some leave it in excellent shape, and have them give you the color you want.

Don't worry...I'm sure that he will be able to fix it. I've seen a lot of hair disasters...he will be able to fix it!

Don't worry! He'll be able to correct this. I had someone make my hair a flourescent yellow-ish blonde once.I didn't realize at the shop with their lighting but when I got home my family was staring at me.Then I looked in the regular light and was so upset.I called right away and they fixed it.

He'll totally be able to fix it - you probably just need a corrective rinse (I can't remember exactly what they call it)

Don't worry, he will be able to fix it. He probably used a brown with a lot of golden tint to make sure it wouldn't turn GREEN! If you dye it blonde to brown you have to be careful because if you put an ash brown (no red undertones) your hair will turn green. Now he will be able to but an ash color brown or add a drabber to the color.
Don't worry. I changed my hair from blonde to dark brown to blonde again in 3 days.

Thanks for your support ladies! I was just so frazzled this morning when I wrote this.
I have an appointment at 12 tomorrow. He said he thinks it was the gloss they put on at the end and that he can fix it.
He has always done an excellent job - I think he was trying to hard with too many processes to make it perfect for this weekend.
I just hope it doesn't take too long to do all of this, there are so many last minute errands I still need to run.
THREE DAYS TILL I'M A MRS..............................

Thank you all for the positive reinforcement.
My hair color is back. They used the wrong color gloss, and make my hair red, with a little bit of pink (great if you'r a pop-start!).
