ok well after postponing my wedding (it was supposed to be dec'05) now is OCt 06. I havent been doing much planning so the stres has been lifted. WELL that was until the past week or so the crap starts yet agian.....ok so when the BM dresses came in i didnt push to have the girls pick them up they were not really going to need them for awhile. Well last week the wedding center calls me and tells that the dresses need to be picked up or storage will start to be charged so i call all my BM and relay this message. Still a week gos by nobody picks them up they call me agian today and tell me look these dresses have been here since sept...I told the wedding center look i relayed the message they dont want to pick them up not mu problem .....so fsil calls me bitc***g that she is not paying storage its ridiculous yadda yadda .....THEN HAS THE NERVE to ask me to have my wedding in sept (she is a teacher) because this way it wont interfere with her work CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT??? we are having the wedding upstate in Buffalo and i just love how now that its my il's who will be traveling they want me to work around them ...MY FAMILY was expected to come in dec to LI urggghhhh im so mad right now i dont need this stress allready for god sakes im almost 8 months pregnant !!! thanks had to vent!!!

Hi friend,
Don't listen to anyone! Everyone is going to have their own stupid opinions and just tell them to mind their own business. If they don't pick up their dresses, then they will pay storage, it's not your responsibility.

Try not to let it get to you, especially in your condition. It was not like you did not warn the BM's that they had to pick up the dress or pay the fee. You did everything right here. That is quite rediculous what your BM said about you changing your wedding date...if it's such an issue she should just step down. Some people are so unbelieveable!
In the meantime, just try not to let anyone get the better of you. People start acting crazy when there is a wedding involved.

Hi, Did the BM pay in full for her dress. If this is the wedding center in commack, then you can pick the dress up for her. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this BS while pregnant. I'm so glad my FH doesn't have sisters.

no only 2 people paid for the dresses in full at the time we ordered my sister and my good friend-both r from Buffalo I went and picked thier dresses up a few weeks ago, the rest all owe a balance! anyway when Fh called me last night from work i told him what happened and he said let me go im going to call my sister now and nip this sh!t in the bud! (both his sisters made planning last year a nightmare) !!! well the good thig is the only thing that they had to be involved in(BM dresses) is over ...so hopefully it will get better!!! thanks for the kind words!!!
