Need veil advice for an outside ceremony....

I want a cathedrial veil and I have a question because I am hearing that when it's windy the veil can be annoying.
should I go with the usual tulle fabric veils are made with, or the silk type?

I love the silk/organza, but will it just blow all over if it's windy?
