Need Video help..any WILD ROSE brides??? HELLLLLPPPPPPP

Hello!!! I was working on getting my songs together, and I realized I need some upbeat songs, but Im not really sure how many etc. I am not familiar with Wild Rose's format, I never asked because I knew they were going to do a great job, but I have no idea what I need, Marie just told around 8 songs and I guess they pick ones that fit best, I totally trust them, but am having a hard time finding good songs to go in the video, I have my wedidng song for the recap, and a few slower songs for the getting ready part and photo montage, but what about teh coverage of the reception? Does anyone have any good suggestions, as to what looks good on a video? I would LOVE any suggestions, my mind is BLANK!!!! Thanks! My sister suggested Hooked on a feeling..but can anyone else help me? Thanks so much!!!!!!!

Formals:

(I forget who sings it, i think Restless Heart)

Cocktail hour:

Then we had the songs in the reception played as they were..BP & our intro, first dance etc etc

Recap:
At Last-Etta James (my 1st wedding song)
I could not ask for more-Edwin McCain (my 2nd wedding song)

Picture Montage:
True Companion-Marc Cohn

Retrospect:
some classical type music

That DId help, Thanks!!!..I would love to have the reception play as is, we had some great tunes..I think Bill and Marie are on vacation, so instead of me waiting to talk with them..Im stressin myself out tryin to find perfect songs....thanks jennbaby!!

Did you do a viennese hour???? I watched my friend's video the other day and they played Candy Man for that part...I thought that was cute!

if you are having trouble finding songs, i understand they do a great job finding songs to fit the mood.

tell them what kind of messages you want to come out and they will help

Oh great!!! Yes, Marie was very helpful went I wnet last week, I just am drawing blank with upbeat songs, But I know they'll be able to help, I just want to get my songs sent to them ASAP...Im so excited for my video..I KNOW its going to be my FAVORITE!!!!YEA!!!

yeah..they are great people. just know them as people has made our wedding better. it's a shame i can't steal them both for our wedding if somone doesn't have the same day. i would like it if there both there

Arent they wonderful!!! Marie always hugs ya..she is sooo sweet!! I didnt have the pleasure of meeting Bill until my wedding day , RIGHT before the wedding, so unfortunately dont know him that well, but man..he did a good job being unobtrusive, and from what I saw of the raw footage, he didnt miss athing!!! Im so excited, I dont know why Im stressin so bad about the songs..I just know my video is going to be amazing, I wnat the music to be as well.

bill is such a mush... we were watching many previews trying to sell us (we were already sold) and he even started tear during someones wedding vows. he puts a ton of effort into editing and bringing out the best of every ocasion

i sure wish i was in FL like that are now..probally just landing

Thats so sweet about Bill!!! When Marie and I were watching my raw footage and talking about songs, she showed me a clip of another video to give me an idea of something and she and I both started crying...this girls video was so sweet!!!! I started laughing, I dont even know the bride, shes a LIWEDDING bride though, her father said the sweetest things, had Marie and I all teary eyed!!! Ill talk to them when they get back about my songs, I know it'll be great!! But until then..ID LOVE MORE SUGGESTIONS!!!!

I wonder if the wedding video you saw was mine... a few girls have said Marie has shown it and they all cry when my father talks.... about playing with the tool box....mickey mouse colorforms and how the best day was when I was born, etc.... just wondering if it was mine you saw.

Thanks.... I'm still watching the video constantly. Yeah, DH and I are HUGE Dave Matthews Band fans, so we had to get there songs into our video somehow.

I saw Mishy and jennbaby........I loooooooooveeeeeee Wild Rose's work. they are spectacular. I just sent out my downpayment in the mail. I also have no idea what upbeat songs I am going to use So you all can keep the suggestions coming.

Thanks ladies! It took us awhile to pick out our songs as well, but once we figured out what we wanted, we were thrilled. Take your time listening to songs and the lyrics.... I'm sure you'll find songs you love.
