We are having our weddong at The metropolitan In Glen Cove..Does anyone have any info on this place..And how did they rate??
Hi Blondebride I am booked at the Met the day before you. So far the staff has been really nice and very helpful. The food is REALLY good. What type of information do you need? I will be happy to help anyway I can. :)
I have heard only good things about the Met. We looked there also, but decided on somewhere else because we thought it was too small. I think that if you are having a small wedding (125 people) that this room would be ideal. Since we have many more than that, we wouldn't have fit.
We are having between 125-150..my ?? is that they are stating they MUST have a minimum of 100 people..Everywhere else they state 85-100...Even the BIG caterers said the same...
What I need to know is how many people did they say they needed as a minimum..I have heard 3 different numbers..They told us minimum 100..we are inviting 150..and have found out that alot!! of people will not be here that weekend (Aug 3-02)Also what price did they quote you..if you don't mind answering,,,
