My FFIL and FMIL are going to be giving every room that was blocked a $60 credit on their bill so that they can eat at the hotel rather than have to spend $$ of their own to eat dinner on Saturday night.
I wanted to put this infomation on the OOT box letter than I am attaching to the boxes and I am having problems wording it.. can anyone help me?
I want to make sure that FH's parents get credit for their generosity.

To make your stay more pleasant Mr. and Mrs. FH have arranged for each room to have a $60 credit. It is their sincere hope that you use this credit in the hotel's restaurant (name?) so that you may have a relaxing meal without worrying about finding your way around town.

I know I was like I want to say this but not sure (I didn't want to take credit that FH and I are not the ones paying for their meal on Saturday night...

Transportation To/From Wedding Venue for Sunday, March 9, 2008
Transportation has been arranged for the convenience of our out of town guests to leave the Fairfield Inn/JFK promptly at 10:45am and be transported to Russo’s on the Bay for the wedding festivities. Following the end of the wedding festivities, transportation has been arranged for our out of town guests to escorted back at the Fairfield Inn/JFK promptly at 5:30pm.
Hope it sounds okay and I put a nice heart boarder on the page as well to match our boxes.
