i might change the middle paragraph a bit to...

Any other pics besides family portraits can be taken at CH. After family photos are taken, the order of pictures will begin first with my besties!! If you want pictures taken, beside family portraits. That is fine, but they need to take place DURING cocktail hour. This is what the photographer prefers, and she cannot be interrupted or pulled aside during the reception if she is to get the best candid shots. So, please let me know what additional pictures you will take. I will be sure to give her the list and she will be accomodating during that time.

yeah, i don't think it's bridezilla-y at all to ask that ... i def think Little J's wording makes it sound more PC though

ps: i also don't love the posed pics ... they're too boring for my taste but i'm greedy with pictures so i want posed anyway LOL

This is great, but I'd definitely add something about having to get you a list by x date or you will not be able to accommodate them...just so you odn't have to worry about it the day of.

i think that is fine. its YOUR day and if thats what u want then thats what you should have.

I think it sounds fine. I don't think it's too Bridezilla-y at all. (and I would know bc I have had a few Bridezilla moments)
