Okay so I finally decided that tomorrow I am going to ask for a raise. NOW.......do you think I should ask in an email or face to face? If I do it in an email, how should I word it? I know I cant just come right out and say I bust my @ss and do everything and get paid sh!t

Face to Face, because it is easier for someone to say no via email because they do not have to look at you while they do it!

Do it in person, prepare a list of your accomplishments and go in there and tick them off verbally one by one so your boss is aware...
Sometimes they are so busy they don't realize how you've sweated your butt off for them. Don't take no for an answer. '
If they say 'not right now' , or the company has 'no budget' ask them when can you expect one.
Does your company give annual reviews? If so, usually they give you a raise during the reviews. If not, or if you want more, make sure you outline what you've done taht's above and beyond. You deserve it! :D

Face to face but you can then hand them a memo with whatever info you would have included in an e-mail.

Def. do it face to face.....let them know what they have and don't be shy, the worst they could say is NO but they just might say Yes.
