Need your help 07 brides..TIPPING

I know its long but need the help
OK getting married in 10 days, and FH is freaking about the tipping situation. Who gets what, what is standard? A general idea.
At the moment we are concerned with photographer, he made it clear to tip his guys accordlingly. What does that mean. He said he is not charging us the 1 hour over time, so make sure we 'do the right thing'
What are we talking here
I have reg. photog
photojournalist/zap shot
videographer
lighting assistant

Our package is costing 6800, we got thr top package

Please help, thanks

We tipped the DJ and MC $50 each

We tipped the Maitre'D I think $300 (they said between $2-3 per person is standard so we did the middle $2.50)

We tipped the limo drivers $50 each (we had 3) and I think BM threw in a few extra bucks

We tipped the photo and video $50 each (one was the owner, I think he gave it to his helper)

We tipped th florist delivery I think $20 bucks

BM and other GMs took care of the bartender

I'm sure there were others here and there.. Hope this helps!

We gave about $5 pp for the RH staff (they totally earned it and we had enough people pull out that we had the extra $ in our budget)

$50 each to the photog and 2nd photog

$50 each to DJ and the DJ's photographer. didn't tip the MC since he's the owner of the company.

$75 to our limo driver

Did not tip the florist as she owns the business

Bar tenders were included in the RH tip (and our guests were tipping them all night)

We made sure that our Maitre d' was tipped on top of the RH staff. We gave her $150.

Tipped my MU artist too. Can't recall what I gave though. Was at least 20% though.

My mom took care of my hair, so not sure what the tip was. The owner of the salon did my hair though.

We tipped our car service driver (on the way to the airport the next day) $50.

Oh, and we gave each of the altar servers $10 on top of what they got from the Church.

Think that's it!
