My BM dresses finally came in. My FH picked one up for my FSIL because my FMIL was going to visit her this weekend. Well she delievered the dress and she calls me and tells me she was under the understanding that the gloves they were wearing were going to be the same material as the skirt of the dresses (Satin). I siad well yes. Well to make a long story short, they did not come in , in that material. They are this spandex material that changes color when they are one. They do not go with the dress at all and to quote my FSIL and FMIL 'they look terrible'. NOt something I need to hear when my stress level is out of control. But anyway, I am going to the dress place tomorrow. How should I handle this?

What color are the dresses? and the gloves?
Show the sotre the difference- tell them you are not happy- tell them you need gloves to match and if they cannot do it- ask for arefund ont he gloves and have your BMs search for matching ones.

Definately just let them know that they werent what byou wanted, and look for ones that you like!! Ebay actually has great ones..I bought my satin opear gloves there for very cheap and they are beautiful!!! Good luck...dont stress, this should be easy to straighten out!!!

i agree with everyone else..... take the gloves to the store and ldt them know. they should refund you at the very least.
