So in a couple of weeks I will be graduating with my master. I want to go back to school be an administrator. I called Queens College today and they want 3 letters of recommendations and a 500 essay as to why I want to be an administrator. Anyone have any ideas how to start it.
TIA

Re: Need your help
Maybe start it with a question, like. What makes a good administrator? Is it how you handle your staff, what you provide for the students, or your office skills? This is what I would like to find out so that I can be the best admiistrator that I can be.
Just an idea, Sometimes I have my students start off with a question, it works sometimes. Good luck

I'm not really sure what you mean by an administrator. I have written a million essays for admission and I think getting personal is very important. You don't just want to talk about general things that everyone else is going to say. Try to bring in your personal experiences in teaching. If you want to explain to me what an administrator is I can try to help you more
