So in a couple of weeks I will be graduating with my master. I want to go back to school be an administrator. I called Queens College today and they want 3 letters of recommendations and a 500 essay as to why I want to be an administrator. Anyone have any ideas how to start it.

I guess speak from the heart...they love that stuff....or if you can't ..make it up...talk about how much you love to work with people...and about your good qualities.. I am sure that they just want to see that you can write a cohesive essay and that you really want to be in the program. Good luck
