Need Your Help!

Need Your Help!

Hey girls. Hope you are all having a great week. I am off this week and with less than 4 months to go, my Mom still does not have a dress! I know, that is SO bad. Anyways, Mom and I are going dress shopping. She started with Bridal Reflections and is sick of them. She wants to try other shops.

Please reccomend the shops that have beautiful MOB dresses. So far, we are checking out Dina's in Plainview and a couple of shops in Woodbury and Syosset. But I need as many places as possible because knowing my Mom, 3 places won't be enough. Thanks girls!

Estelles- my Mom went there when she first started looking. At this point with 4 months to go, she is probably better off checking that out. Macys is on our list- going to the Manhasset one.

Come on girls, send me more suggestions. Thanks!

Re: Need Your Help!

My mom got her dress from RK. They have a TON of dresses, and have samples in ALL sizes just in case.

For my sisters wedding she went through Bridal Reflections in massapequa. Susan is the best there!

Try Nordstroms in Roosevelt Field.

Did you ever consider looking at one of the more conservative bridesmaid dresses? Some of them are really beautiful, especially if shes feeling pigeonholed in the MOB dresses.

Try Priscilla of Boston, Roslyn Heights.

I went to the Bridal Suite in Bayshore. Not for MOB dresses but I saw a few nice ones in passing. Just a suggestion.

Re: Need Your Help!

My best friends MIL got fantastic MOB dresses (2 of them) at Metamorphosis in St James..
I would also check Saks/Bloomingdales/Lord and Taylor in NYC, they have amazing gowns, and I'm sure with all the sales, discounts, and coupons that could be quite a steal.
