Need your help - Inside/Outside Ceremony & Cocktail Hour

Tomorrow - no rain, gusty winds at 22mph, about 66 degrees --

I'm just wondering what call I should make in the morning?

I had my cocktail hour inside last night - of course, due to the rain. The grounds may still be damp and the air a bit chilly for most of the guests. If the humidity is still high, the women will have hair concerns. The inside event was lovely - I would recommend it.

I would wait to see what it actually does tomorrow. Wind gust of 22MPH sounds tough, but I know I'm praying for the outdoor ceremony. CH...That can be inside, but the Chapel Gardens are GORGEOUS!
Would you be willing to do just the ceremony outside?

Totally---I really wanted an outdoor ceremony - but all the rosepetals might fly away off the aisle!
Papers will be flying...I know its only a half hour- but I'm going to fully assess the situation tomorrow :)
