Need your help ladies...

I am having a small party at my house in Sept to introduce the members of our BP (they don't really know each other well and mine and FH parents have never met) I was thinking of getting some cheapo invitations from vistaprint or something to mail out but I want to keep it casual and light and don't want ANYONE to bring us gifts or money or feel that they should have if they didn't

Any ideas of a cute little saying or something we can put on the card?

Like maybe start it with

We are so happy to have all our best friends and family together...

'May your good wishes be your only gift to us'

or

'May your prescense by your only gift to us'

or I guess something more direct like...

'We respectfully request no gifts.'

you can try & send the invites to a Meet & Greet type of party so that ppl don't think its a gift giving type of affair.

'So that all of our friends & family can meet & greet, we are hosting a get together as our little treat. Come & enjoy yourselves along with us, so that the day of the wedding there is no fuss! Make new friends & enjoy the old ones, & have some funs tons, tons, tons!!!!!!!!!
