Need your help one more time Ladies

Ok, I screamed at 4 RCCL customer service people, so I feel much better. Here are our options:

1. Norweigan Star to HI 7 nights- did a search and a lot of ladies on here didn't really like NCL.

2. Tahitan Princess to Tahiti and Bora Bora 10 nights - long flight, but it doesn't leave until 4 days after the wedding.

3. RCCL - which I now hate - 14 nights through the Panama Canal (do you think it's safe - what if we're at war???). To make up for ruining our first HM, we'll get a $300 onboard credit.

The prices for all 3 are pretty similiar - within a couple of hundred $$.

What do you guys think???

I would personally go for the Tahiti Cruise since alot of people did not like NCL. If its four days after the wedding you could always fly to California first for a night or two.

2nd choice would be Panama Canal...I would worry about how many much older people would be on board this type of destination. JMO.

number 2...definatly.

my friend did that cruise for her HM and LOVED it. absolutly gorgous. she showed me pictures and i thought i was in heaven. the cruise ship was amazing. I thought it was the lobby of the waldorf. she said the food was great, the islands were beautiful and she had a fantastic time.

I would definatly choose 2.

I am going on NCL for HI. Alot of people had negatives on the ship that goes to New England. Which is a much older ship. The Star was released a couple of years ago.

Where does the Panama Canal cruise go to? Since the war is in the Middle East the Canal won't have much an effect unless it hits Central America.

Just got home from work - the more we think about it - the more we're leaning towards Tahiti. I mean, when else can we travel half-way around the world?? It just seems like the most 'once-in-a-lifetime' trip!!

The Panama Canal trip has me a little skittish, and quite frankly, the thought of giving RCCL any more $$$ has me annoyed!!!

Hmmm hard choice. Panama canal is probably the safest since it is the farthest from any problems that may or might not happen. I have heard GREAT things about panama canal cruises (but people I knew took celebrity). I know it is really frustrating that they cancelled your cruise and I would be P***** as H*** but honestly it happens with all cruise lines so you are never safe from that. How they handle it after is what would concern me more. Obviously they didn't treat you all that well.
However I don't think you could go wrong with Tahiti. I don't know too many people who went on Princess but Tahiti is a once in a lifetime trip. I have no idea of the safety of that area though.
Either trip you pick you should have an amazing time. I'm sorry to hear your original plan was ruined My personal choice would be tahiti
