NEED YOUR HELP-QUICK...fh and i decided to name all of our tables after our favorite food places.
we are going to give each guest at that particular table something that is representative of our fave spots.
eg... starbucks--choc covered espresso beans sweet melissas bakery- boxed cupcakes majestic diner-black and white cookies our fave asian spots-- chopsticks
what can i give that represents tavern on the green?/

wow this is a lot of work to do in only a week. wouldn't you rather relax this last week and do something easier? it's a great idea, but i wouldn't have the patience to run around town getting all these things together!

for asian spots there is a website that has little mini bamboo steamers that are cute and they were pretty cheap, you could get those
or you could get fortune cookies

I like this idea! It may take some running around but I think you should go with it because it will make your wedding unique!
Also I like the seed packs...or you can do a mini tree plant of some sort?
