need your help: registering

So as many of you know, Im an upstate girl whose originally from Brooklyn but getting married in ny :D

up here in the hudson valley we have both Linens and Things and Bed bath and beyond

but i dont know which one is more prominently in LI......which one should we register at that our families in LI can get to?

Hands down BBB. They have a great return policy and if someone needs to order online it is really easy and they wrap the gift too!

BB&B! One main reason I didn't go with Linens & Things was my friend got married a couple of years ago and registered with them. At her bridal shower she rec'd 7 yes 7 roasting pans!!!! plus other multiple items! Everyone had receipts that showed they bought it off the registry, so there was no reason for her to have gotten 7! (Yes...I was one who got her one of the roasting pans too!)

Are you in Kingston or Poughkeepsie? I used to live upstate...now in LI.

As an upstate girl myself (Rockland County)--I can tell you the BBB is far superior to L&T. The prices themselves are cheaper at BBB, plus the return policy is phenomenol. I vote for BBB.

both stores are near each other is nassau county. personally I like bed bath and beyond better

definetly bed,bath & beyond. i think i've only seen one linens & things and about 10 bb&b.

We're at BBB also. We thought it was better because of the wider selection and online shopping option. Although L&T has online shopping, BBB has more stores in the tri-state area.

Im in Highland...across the Hudson from Poughkeepsie

the only BB&B is in Kingston...I dont know what Im gonna do...FH says now he doesnt want to be registered at either L&T ot BB&B
