I have decided to do a donation rather than a favor. I am going to donate to the MS Society. Instead of purchasing the wristbands I was thinking about making pins with the beads on them.
1) I would put a red bead, the word 'HOPE' following by another red bead.
2) Buy small red ribbon charms and include some beads also on a safety pin.
How do you like this idea?

I like the idea of a donation, but I like using the charity's symbol. Like if you were going to donate to breast cancer to use the pink ribbon as a pin. Does the MS society have a signature symbol? You could make your own pins, but use whatever symbol they have. Does that make sense?

Oh, I just looked on the MS society's website and Hope is what they use on their band. I like that idea, then. Just so that whatever pin you make symbolizes the MS society, and yours definitely does. Go for it!

If you purchase the wristbands, does the money go to the MS society as well? If it does, I would use those as a favor, so you're kinda of double donating and it's going to a good cause.
