We are providing transportation too and from our venue for the hotel we blocked the ride is about 15-20 min. We want to have one run there and one run returning. Vans are going to be too small for us. I was thinking of renting school buses. I don't want to be cheesy but.....its like $1500 cheaper than getting a coach bus. My cousin is doing it for her wedding in 2 weeks, BUt would you think it was rude or unacceptable if someone got school buses instead of a coach bus?

I think the school bus I idea is cute..aren't you a teacher..it can fit right in with your career
Besides people should be happy to get transportation provided for them..I'm all about saving $$

Yes I am a teacher and have a ton of teacher invited. I just don'e see spending the extra money.

Well I would use school buses either way..it's a big expense and there is nothing wrong with school buses

I think its fine too. Its a 15 min ride and your guests will be excited to be getting to get to your wedding.

I don't think you should spend an extra $1,500...that's crazy! Go with the school bus! Where can you rent school buses from??

I will the information from my cousin once her wedding is over she is getting married on the 13th i think she is payin around $500 total for both runs and he hall is about a 25-30 min ride from the hotel

my votes for coach buses, i dont know something about renting school buses for your wedding, its just a little not nice looking, that me though, if it doesnt bother you than you should do it
