It really depends on what your doctor says. Otho made me sick and it was more expensive in my plan. I've been using Yasmin for YEARS and it lightens my 'aunt flow' and lessens the cramps that I had. I LOVE IT! It's a little stronger then Ortho for me and I need the stronger because I have cysts on my ovaries. Good luck and see what your doctor says. I'm a Yasmin girl but my sister (she's an OB/GYN takes Otho Tri Cyclen. (BTW, the Lo made me sick)

Ortho Lo was the sh*t until insurance decided not to cover it anymore.

b/c it's so low dose, people really didn't/don't have many side effects
