I think all places are open for walk in emergencies... I would just call up the nearest vet and ask. What happened??

here are 3 at the bottom of the site i posted, if its an emergency i would just go quickly to the nearest one. You might want to wait for a personal recommendation but it might be best to just go now

Jen, on the eastbound side of the LIE at exit 46 there is a 24 hour emergency vet called LI Veterinary Specialists. They saved FSIL's dog, and my friend's dog.
