My FH thinks that RHs will negotiate a price with you if they are over your budget? Is it worth asking or will I look cheap? I haven't found anywhere yet, but just in case I do and its too expensive....I'm not talking alot of money maybe just a few bucks a person.... Any opinions on this?

you HAVE to negiotate... otherwise, you're going to get rip off. the price they'll tell you is their top and then they will usually work downwards from there. dont' be afriad to negiotiate... or if they won't bring the price down, ask what they can throw in for you.
