So, not sure if anyone else falls into the same boat as I am, but I stink at negotiating! I'm just wondering do most people negotiate prices with their vendors before booking? I'd love to be able to try and knock off a couple hundred $$'s from the prices that were quoted to me by different vendors, but not sure if anyone ever has any success doing that? (...particular in the photography area?) I guess it doesn't hurt to ask right? Worst they can do is say 'no?'

Always walk away the first time. My photographer came down quite a bit plus through in stuff. If you are having your wedding off season too they are more likely to come down in price. And always ask to pay in cash to wipe out any tax if possible.

You can sooooo bargin with all your vendors!!! I got the photographer to come down almost$500 & throw in extras! But I got something from all my vendors, if not cheaper than something extra!!!
