How much below their price would go to try and negotiate with them?? I dont want to shoot too low because I really like this vendor and want to work with them so I dont want to end up having the whole thing backfire on me!
say their est. was $2165, would asking for $1800 be too low or high??
Im very bad at this, any help would be REALLY appreciated!!

That's not too low I think that's reasonable. I think negotiating within a $300 range isn't unreasonable. if that makes any sense lol

I know what you mean! But the thing about negotiating it's better to go low and you can always work your way up

Say something along the lines which will make it much easier ' I really love your work if it is possible do you think we can negoitate the price. Your work is great but it is a little out of my range of what I wanted to spend is there something we can work out. This makes it a little easier to negotiate. HTH Good Luck
