nervous...

nervous...

that my diet is going to go to sh*t over the holidays....

I have only been dieting for a week and a half or so but lost 6 lbs so far...i don't want it all to be for nothing....gotta stay away from all the yummy desserts!!!

anyone else worried about adding the holiday lbs?

yes ... but i know my sweet tooth will take over !!!

I also drink alot during the holidays and that packs the lbs too

i have my ww weigh in tonight. i hope that i can at least maintain the weight through the holidays. my scale at home says i lost about 7 pounds this week, but that's because i haven't eaten in a few days because i've been sick.

nope! im not worried about it... im eating as much crap as i want til January 1st... then the road to fitness begins..

I know what you mean... theres no way im gonna be able to diet through the holidays so i'm gonna start after the new year as well.

i guess i shoulda waited till after the holidays...but i just got to the point that i was like i have to start losing weight...I just have to try to be good over the holidays...

I totally agree...to me dieting during the holidays is setting yourself up for failure lol

I'm not even going to bother with my diet until Dec. 26th. I need a break anyway. I'll prob. gain like 10 lbs over the next 3 days...

my mom makes a wonderful fish dinner for christmas eve & FH makes the most amazing devils food cake. there is no way i will be missing out on any of those wonderful items
