Today I bought 4 new bpics outfits. I have a total of 8 to choose from (we get 4-6 outfit changes).
So tonight I began to try them all on. And all I want to do right now is throw up. I feel sick to my stomach and just want to cry. I don't know if I can really go through taking b-pics.
I love having my picture taken. I loved doing e-pics. But now I'm going to have my pictures taken half-naked?? I'm really self-conscious and I thought taking b-pics would help me. I'd feel better about my body if I went ahead and did these pictures.
But trying on all the outfits, I felt more self-conscious than ever and sick to my stomach. I'm supposed to be taking them December 5th...so I have less than a month to mentally prepare myself.
I know there are alot of girls on here taking b-pics, has anyone else had second thoughts, stage-fright, worries, etc? I need some support

oh i am totally freaking out. i hate having pics taken of me and i am totally self-conscious. im esp nervous since i havent been working out like i planned in order to tone up for the pics. i am def going to have to have a drink or 2 in order to get through the pics

I want to take them but i havent set up an appointment yet.
You have nothing to worry about, ur gorgeous and im sure your pictures will come out amazing!
just have to find the courage !!

I totally felt the same way but go for it...you will feel better once you do it...I promise!!! It is such a freeing and wonderful experience! Your FH loves you and the way you look and he will lvoe your pictures!

EVERYDAY!!!! I have until April thank GOD! I question it all the time though and hope and Pray that FH will realize what I did for him. NOt only take the pics but all that goes into doing it mentally.
Colleen, you are beautiful There is no reason you need to feel self-concious. Or worry to much I KNOW you are going to take great pics

Colleen - do NOT worry yourself for one second! You're trying on outfits at home, in your regular mirror, where (if you're anything like me) you probably criticize yourself the most. Of course you're going to feel like that! It is just completely and utterly different when you're actually taking the pics. It is an amazing experience. You have NOTHING to worry about, your body is amazing! (hey now ) but trust me, you will love them.... and on the outside chance you don't (and i guarantee you that won't happen), you can at least know you tried it.

I can understand why you're nervous...it is nerve racking! I'm sure you will totally get into it once you actually start takin the pics & get comfortable with the photog! Mine aren't til June so I'm not too worried......yet. But I am reeeaaaally excited!!! Your FH will LOVE THEM!! Guaranteed!!

You are working HARD. After all you've done to lose and maintain your weight you DESERVE to take these B-Pics for yourself and for Brian.
I promise you, you will look awesome...Brian will think you're the sexiest person since sliced bread. If it helps bring a bottle of wine... and have a glass or two with the group you're taking them with... it'll be fun!

I'm terrified to take them. My lack of self-confidence has been an issue for FH and I for the entire duration of our 10-year relationship. He has never had a problem with the way I look; it was always me who had the problem. This is something I never would've done in a million years...........I have to start looking for outfits soon and I'm not looking forward to it.
But, your FH will LOVE them. Remember, HE thinks you're beautiful inside AND out. We are always so much harder on ourselves than we need to be. And you've come SUCH a long way Colleen! You've done such a wonderful job losing your weight and keeping it off. You should be PROUD to show off that body!
And if all else fails............have a few drinks before......that's what I plan to do

Don't worry!! I am SO nervous to take mine, I purposely scheduled them for the summer when I actually will have time to lose weight but you look FABOLOUS!!!!! You have absolutely nothing to worry about!!!!
Remember, your FH loves you just the way you are, and you'll be in your undies = he'll be thrilled!!!!!!!!!!

I booked w Jenerations for my b pics and feel just as nervous as you. I have even more to worry about because I am not skinny by any means. I already weigh over 200 lbs and need to drop around 50 lbs for me to even look good 1/2 naked so I have no idea how I will drop all that weight by the time I take b pics in early May!

Dont be nervous... :) let me tell u why! I did mine in August. (check out my album)
The night before i was scheduled to go I started to try on my outifts and was like- forget it... over it... I am not a small girl so i was worried...but when I got there- after about 20 pics. I felt like a model ..lol... i wish I can do them over and over. I love my pics :) The photographer knows their stuff and honestly they know what lighting is good..etc..
Girl just let yourself go :)
The only thing I would do over is I would have brought more props... like a feather boa...etc.... or lollypop and do my hair in pigtails.. more fun looks rather than like sexy looks.
the only other downfall is i cannot wait to give them to my fiance on our wedding day.. but he is totallly clueless about it..
Drink lots and lots of water the day before and if you tan- make sure its even. ( my regret) If you have any other ques let me know :)

Colleen- you are a BEAUTIFUL girl, you have nothing to worry about.
I'm doing mine in March. Currently I'm a size 22, and something in the back of my head tells me that that fact SHOULD make me nervous. But I just keep telling that voice to shut up, because I just remember these 2 things:
Only 2 people, aside from myself, ever have to see these pics.
The photog- who does this professionally, and has seen all types of bodies
