I ordered my dress from Netbride. I havent' received it yet, but I have heard many good things from people off of LIW.
I can comment on the customer service. They are very helpful and quick with responding back to emails.

I ordered my wedding gown from Netbride and it was a wonderful, easy experience

I ordered my Bill Levkoff bridesmaids dresses from them and saved a LOT of money! They were perfect (no defects or anything) and came in on time.

I ordered my BM dresses from them & was very happy. I did have a problem with one of the dresses but they fixed it right away. I am sorry I didnt order my dress from them also.

very satisfied.. just got in the BM dress I am wearing for my friend's upcoming May wedding. Great price and came in very quick... quicker than they anticipated.

I ordered my Bill Levkoff BM dresses there. I only complaint I have is that according to the Bill Levkoff size chart on the Netbride site, the dresses that I had to order for my girls were very big.
