How did you work out the 'finances' with your bridesmaids when it came to ordering the gowns?
Did you have them give you a deposit? Did you just throw it on your cc and have them pay you when they received their gowns? Or did you have them give you the cost in full?

I told them the price before ordering. I paid for it. BMs paid me when they had the chance/$$.

my BMs ordered their own, so I was left out of the finances (this wasn't on netbride, but another online site).

The place I ordered my dress from only required 1/2 the amount of the dress to place to order - so, I asked my BMs to send me their deposits and I wrote 1 check to the salon - I will do the same when the dresses come in. I think it also took the pain of having my BMs write one check all at once!

I put the balance on my credit card and my BM mailed me checks since I live in CA.

I'm having my sister (MOH) handle it.. they are sending her the forms and money..

They all wrote me checks, I put them in my bank account and used a debit card to pay for the dresses.
