it feels weird while you're doing it. make sure you keep your mouth open and breathe with your mouth otherwise you'll inhale the water.
youll probably have to play around with the positions a little bit before it flows with ease.
you will feel very refreshed afterwards.
i use it about once a week just to clear out my sinuses.
I use it - but honestly I could not tell u if they work or not

**** please make sure you do NOT have any infections when you use it! my mom had a minor sinus infection when she used one and didnt know it and spread the infection all throughout her ears, nose and throat.... yikes!! other than that, ive heard some good things about it

LOVE IT! I use this every night at the advise of my ENT (ear nose throat doc) I get chronic sinus infections and gross post nasal drip, adn since I started doing this every night I don't get the drip anymore or infections!!!
