never mind!!!!!

I haven't been able to get in touch with her for over a week via phone or email....

has anyone heard from her at all?

they're better with telephone than email; i'm sure it's a busy time for them and that's probably why you haven't heard back - or they might be away....

they called me even though they were booked for my day and gave me some refer's.
