Hello, my name is Jackie and I've browsed through LI weddings for a couple of months prior to my engagement. Now I am officially engaged and we have looked at a few vendors and I think we really want to go with Floral Terrace. Any thoughts on the venue before we book? We are also leaning toward Vinny from high voltage for our DJ.
I'm also looking for any suggestions for photographers who won't break the bank

I have heard nothing but great things about floral terrace! i have also heard there Vh is INSANE! so yay! I believe a girl just posted on BHB about floral terrace and all the reviews were awesome!
I am using a band, so i really can not help with the dj, although we are using FM entertainment for our engagement party...
I know a lot of girls love duet and patken for photo...also proline and s*i*l*v*e*r*f*o*x*..I looked at duval (had no connection with them) and kornfeld and we booked kornfeld!

Congrats & Welcome...I haven't gotten to DJ yet. We are finding out info on Photo/video first.

Thanks you guys so much. I actually have a meeting with both duet and patken, so hopefully those go well.
I've heard good things about floral terrace, I am just nervous since it's such a big decision!

we are using Thomas Paul for Photo/Video and LMS Entertainment for DJ and possibly steel drum band.... you have FM

Get yourself a DOC! LA Productions! Or possibly use them for more. I'm not sure of the fee for wedding planning but if it's anything like the DOC, I'm sure it's worth it.
