if you dont think it looks like you definitely dont settle...u are paying 2 much $$ for this.....hannasishim was having the same problem, & her final product looks good....u should keep going back until they get it right.

u have to tell them to get it right or give you a refund......you dont want something on your cake that you arent happy with.

I don't want to make you feel bad, but I can't really see a difference. It doesn't look bad, but I can't put my finger on what they're not hitting...something is missing on you. In both pictures you are wearing a darker shade of lipstick. Do you usually wear a coral shade...maybe if they change the lip color?

But, OMG, your FG is absolutely gorgeous!!!

i thought the same thing...i would never wear a pinky shade of lipstick...i was just gonna change it myself when i got it to something more earth toned lol. i dunno if thats what it is...i don't feel like its horrible and i almost feel narcicistic by constantly emailing them and telling them its not good enough lol. I'm so silly.

I'm trying to understand that its a clay character...like a charicature so its not gonna be exacty. i had them change my hair, make my nose smaller, make my eyes bigger, and make my upper lip bigger. i dunno what else i could say that would make a difference...like some of you said...i just can't put my finger on what it could be besides that lip color.

i have to be honest, it doesn't look like you. i don't know exactly what it is, but it just doesn't look like you. i think the nose is too big on the topper. you also have great cheekbones that you don't see in the topper. don't settle!!

Yes, exactly...I was going to say her cheekbones are higher! That could be a big part of it.

I don't think you're being silly...you're paying a lot of money for it. I understand it is more a likeness, but they are not capturing your features. I thought a caricature usually exaggerates your strongest features. I was going to say the same thing about your cheekbones...that alone can make a difference. And don't feel funny to ask them to change the lip color. I don't think that would be something difficult for them to change. Maybe these couple of things would make a big difference. I don't know, I don't want to instigate, but I'm having trouble seeing where they made changes on yours. If it looked like they made drastic changes to yours, maybe I would feel like I were being picky, but I don't think you are. It seems like they keep making changes to your FH.

its wierd though because in certain pics i think it looks nothing like me...and then others i see the resemblance. like this one.
