New date!

New date!

After much debating I have decided to move my wedding back to Nov 2011. It will give us more time to save plus at MG its the same price as march and I love the fall so I would be happier with that date! It's longer away but now I have more time to get my BUTT in shape. day 5 of southbeach and I've done great and down 3lbs woohoo.

How exactly does southbeach work?

The first two weeks is tough. No carbs no fatty meats only low fat cheeses. No fruit. Only certain veggies you can eat peanut butter and nuts. Basically I live on lean burgers with lettuce and salads with feta and veggies and grilled chicken. You can find things to eat its just annoying. Breakfast is a pain b.c really all you can eat is eggs and turkey bacon or canadian bacon. after the first 2 weeks then you can start reintroducing stuff back into your diet. I want to do the first phase for a month so I can lose extra weight.
